We use Australia Post for all our deliveries (unless otherwise stated). All parcels are dispatched no later than the next business day using Express Post
so the majority of delivery destinations throughout Australia should experience delivery within 2-3 business days
Each order will be provided with a tracking number which can be viewed on the Australia Post
Returns will only be accepted where the product is damaged and is not fit for purpose, in line with Australian Consumer Laws. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. Where a return is permitted, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the final amount. Refunds will also be made to the original method of payment.
